All products sold through shop-soul-tranquility.com are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Are these physical products?
No. All products currently available through Soul Tranquility Healing are digital downloads or digital resources. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Yes. Digital journals and ebooks can generally be accessed on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. For the best experience with journals, we recommend using a larger screen where possible, or printing and writing by hand.

Can I print my journal?
Yes, where the product is provided as a printable PDF, you are welcome to print a copy for your own personal use.

Can I share my purchase with a friend or family member?
No. Your purchase is licensed for personal use only. Please don't forward, share, upload or redistribute the files. If someone you know would like their own copy, please send them to the store.

Can I sell or redistribute the journal?
No. All content remains the intellectual property of Soul Tranquility Healing and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, copied or used commercially.
